45-day money-back guarantee

Every Ark comes with a 45-day money-back guarantee. If the device is not right for you, for any reason, get in touch within 45 days of receiving it and we will arrange a full refund.

How to start a refund

1. Email support@arkcentral.net within 45 days of delivery.
2. We confirm the return details with you.
3. Send the Ark back in its original packaging, including any bundled accessories (such as the encrypted backup disk for Early Access customers).
4. Once we receive the device, we process your full refund within 5 business days.

Return shipping

If you are in the continental United States, we cover reasonable return shipping. If you are outside the continental United States, get in touch and we will work out the return shipping with you.

Your data

Any data on your Ark stays with you. We never see it during the return process, and the device is wiped when it comes back to us.

Exceptions

Devices that have been physically damaged or modified outside of normal use may not qualify for a full refund. We handle those case by case.
