Delivery time

You will receive your order within 14 days. We confirm your order by email and send you tracking information as soon as it is on its way.

Shipping is free worldwide.

What ships

• The Ark 2.0 device.
• For Early Access and Premium Early Access: the free encrypted backup disk, in the same package.
• A quick-start card to walk you through the 10-minute setup.

International orders

We ship worldwide. If you are ordering from outside the United States, please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are your responsibility and are not included in the price of your order. If you have any questions about delivery to your country, get in touch before you order and we will help.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will get a confirmation email with the carrier and tracking number. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, email support and we will sort out a replacement.
